The Franchise Qualification Process

Step 1 – Pre-Qualification

• Complete application
• Application reviewed and candidate contacted
• Once pre-screened, receive access to Franchise Disclosure Document and complete qualification package
• Provide proof of assets
• Credit check and initial financial review completed

Step 2 – Due Diligence and Territory Selection

• Once pre-qualified, conduct due diligence and speak with existing franchisees
• Select territory and develop business plan

Step 3 – Business Plan and Final Approval

• Criminal and background check completed
• Present business plan to Lucille Roberts
• Receive franchise approval

Step 4 – Contract Execution, Training and Real Estate Site Selection

• Secure financing, if necessary
• Sign Development Agreement
• Begin franchisee training
• Select and submit site for approval

Step 5 – Health Club Opening

• Finalize lease or purchase
• Begin construction
• Begin employee training
• Opening
